I’ve helped managers from most industries and responsibilities, including sales and marketing, product teams, engineers, editorial teams, customer service, customer success, and more.

I know management because I’ve done it myself, leading remote, in-person, multicultural, and multinational teams.

    My Management Training

    My work combines essential management concepts (I like to say I’m building on the shoulders of giants) with my 25 years of management and training experience.

    I create content that participants can easily understand and execute, then throw in humor (usually dad jokes), fun, challenges, reflection, and inter-action (get the company name now?).

    This foundational training has proven essential for me and my unique management journey; it has served as an effective backdrop for further readings and courses I’ve taken since then to bring context and perspective into my continued personal and professional development.
